Shared Meeting Room Wi-Fi Access

High-speed public Wi-Fi will be available in all shared meeting room spaces, delivering speeds of 100 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload to support seamless connectivity for guests and staff.

To ensure optimal performance and user experience, new enterprise-grade Wi-Fi equipment will be installed as part of the network upgrade.

As part of the transition to the new internet service provider, a brief scheduled cutover window will be required. During this time, your internet connection will be temporarily offline for approximately 10–15 minutes.

You will have the flexibility to schedule this cutover:

  • Before, during, or after standard business hours
  • Including weekends, to minimise disruption to your operations

If you have your router credentials (username and password) available, our team can assist by updating the connection settings on your behalf to ensure a smooth transition.
