We handle the entire trade-in process in consultation with Apple; you just tell us what you have and what you need, and we take care of the rest.

Send an email to help@techdgroup.com.au with your request to change or upgrade your device. Include the model and condition of your current device — we’ll work out the rest.

Trade-In Value Determined

A member of our team will respond with the trade-in value determined in consultation with Apple (if eligible). We’ll also ask about your specifications for the new device.

Credit Applied

Depending on your personal preference, TECHD Group will either apply the trade-in value towards a new Apple purchase or keep the credit on your account for the future.
