With Apple Trade-In, you can get credit for your current device & apply it towards a new one. If your device isn’t eligible for credit, we’ll recycle it for free.

Step 1: Contact us

Send an email to help@techdgroup.com.au with your request to change/upgrade your device. Include the model & condition of your device, then we’ll work out the rest.

Step 2: Trade-in value determined

A member of our team will respond with the trade-in value we’ve determined in consultation with Apple (if eligible). We will also inquire about any desired specifications in a new device.

Step 3: Credit applied

Depending on your personal preference, TECHD Group will either apply the trade-in value towards a new Apple purchase or keep the credit on your account for the future.

Device Recycling

If your device is in good shape, we’ll help get it to a new owner. Otherwise, if it’s seen better days, we can recycle it for free! We’ll handle the process of removing any of your data from the hardware and disposing of it responsibly.
